Please carefully review the following policies before booking to ensure a seamless experience. Payment Options: • Cash preferred • Zelle & Apple Cash: 925-639-9403 • Discover, American Express, MasterCard & Visa accepted • NO CHECKS Upon booking, you will receive an automated text message while your appointment awaits approval. • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your full set service. • Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to qualify for a deposit refund. • NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT CONFIRMED • Clients must arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and no heavy creams or oils around the eye area. Excess oil may compromise lash retention and results. • Please arrive promptly to your appointment. I book back-to-back to honor each client’s time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. • No-call, no-shows will forfeit future booking privileges. • NO REFUNDS. Once you book you will receive an automated text message waiting for me to approve your appointment! Appointment will not be approved until deposit is sent through Venmo or Zelle.
